Community Alliance Reaching Everyone (CARE)

C.A.R.E. provides funding, volunteering, and events to aid at-risk and homeless youth in Halton Hills, helping them live a happy, healthy, and active lifestyle. We focus on poverty relief, job training, mental health, addiction counseling, and life necessities.

Together we can protect the youth so close to home.

With your support and our relationship with different community organizations, we work to fill the gap in the Halton Hills community for at-risk youth ages 12-20.

With the funds raised, we partner with local organizations that help facilitate and promote skill-based programs that help youth and families learn tools such as mindfulness, emotional control, coping mechanisms, and positive reinforcement.

All at-risk youth are given equal access to these resources.

These skills along with practical programs and resources help them through hardships such as: homelessness, hunger, lack of clothing or transportation, mental health challenges, learning disabilities and more.

Our goal is to help youth be youth and have a successful transition into adulthood that is healthy and happy.
