Local residents can get into the holiday spirit while bolstering local causes at the Rotary Club of Acton’s Evening of Wine, Cheese and Beer.
The event is set to take place Nov. 25 starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Acton Town Hall Centre, with proceeds supporting the Townsend Smith Foundation - which is working to build north Halton’s first hospice - and the Rotary Club of Acton.
In addition to drinks, cheese and socializing, the evening will also feature the musical talents of Monty Greig.
Tickets cost $40 and include two drink tickets and unlimited cheese sampling.
