Acton driver faces impaired charges after collision in Milton

Halton Regional Police have charged an Acton resident with impaired driving after a collision on Thursday.  

On Feb. 2 Halton Regional Police say officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Lower Base Line East and Eighth Line in Milton. 

After an investigation, Emily Roden, 22, of Acton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.

Local residents are reminded that driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol is a crime in progress and to call 911 immediately to report a suspected impaired driver.
