Police have closed a busy intersection just outside Acton as they continue investigating a morning crash.
The closure at Regional Road 25 and 32 Sideroad started around 7 a.m. today (June 6). Preliminary details from Halton Regional Police indicate it was a two-vehicle crash and four people sustained injuries.
Shortly after 8 a.m., HRPS said on Twitter that it’s anticipated the intersection will remain closed for “many hours.”
“Expect police activity in the area,” police Tweeted. “Please avoid the area, if possible.”
Ontario Provincial Police have taken over the investigation. Anyone with information about the collision is asked to contact the OPP.
