Local residents who want to beat the rush at the polls on Monday can cast their vote in person for municipal council members today (Oct. 19).
Advance voting is on until 8 p.m. at Halton Hills Town Hall, which is equipped with accessible voting devices as well for ballot marking.
Those who would prefer to vote from the comfort of home can do so online until Oct. 22.
The link for the virtual process can be found on your voter notification card, which was mailed out to local residents earlier this month.
Anyone who needs assistance in the online voting process, or requires an Internet connection/device, can visit help kiosks at the following locations tomorrow (Oct. 20):
- Acton Arena, 415 Queen St. E., Acton from 4 to 8 p.m.
- Georgetown Market Place, 280 Guelph St., Georgetown from noon to 6 p.m.
