An Acton man has been charged with impaired driving following an early-morning stop in Georgetown Sunday (June 2).
Halton Police received a call about a possible impaired driver and located the vehicle in the area of Weber Drive and Delrex Boulevard around 2:45 a.m.
As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old Acton man was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
