A Brampton man is facing an impaired charge following a citizen complaint in rural Halton Hills Saturday afternoon (May 11).
After receiving a call about a possible impaired driver, Halton Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop around 4 p.m. in the area of Tenth Line and 17 Sideroad.
As a result of an investigation, a 48-year-old man from Brampton was charged with blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
