Halton Police are investigating after contractor tools were stolen from a rural Acton home over the weekend.

Sometime between Friday and Monday, police say a lock was cut on the door of an enclosed construction trailer at a residence in the area of Main Street North and 32 Sideroad and multiple contractor tools were stolen. According to police, the value of the tools is under $5,000.

There are no suspects and the police investigation is ongoing.
