Over 600 walkers – close to 150 families – from across the region took part in Saturday’s Halton Walk for Down Syndrome, a two-kilometre walk through downtown Milton.
The event coincides with the Halton Down Syndrome Association's 40th anniversary.
The walk began and ended at the fairgrounds, where participants enjoyed carnival games, bouncy castles and a barbecue, followed by awards.
Each child received a participation medal at the finish line.
