Thief steals money forgotten at Georgetown ATM

Someone removed $400 forgotten at a Guelph Street ATM.

Halton Police are looking for a person who removed money from a local ATM early Friday afternoon. 

Police say a customer withdrew $400 from the Scotiabank at 304 Guelph St. in Georgetown, but forgot to take the bills and left. When they returned, the money was gone.

The bank confirmed the money was not retracted into the machine.
