   Vaughan - Richmond Hill - Markham, Ont.
   Guelph - Erin - Southern Wellington County, Ont. 
   Kitchener - Cambridge - Region of Waterloo, Ont. 
   Halton Hills - Milton, Ont. 
   Burlington - Oakville, Ont. 

Current details:
Winter weather travel advisory in effect for early evening.

Hazards:
Reduced visibility at times in heavy snow and local blowing snow.
Westerly winds gusting up to 60 km/h.

Timing:
Early this evening.

Discussion:
Bands of lake effect snow are expected to affect the area beginning late this afternoon before moving south of the area this evening.

Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
