We sadly announce the passing of Gail Marlene Doyle, age 75, of Acton, Ontario on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Georgetown Hospital. Beloved wife of Bob Doyle for 51 years. Devoted and loving mother to Jason and Meagan (Ryan Moore). Daughter of the late Kevin and late Irene (née Jordan) Breen. Sister of the late Barry Breen (2002). Gail will be dearly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
Gail was a Registered Nurse and spent many years caring for those in need throughout the Georgetown and Brampton area. She had a love for music, a passion to dance and always enjoyed reading several books a week for most of her life. During her retirement she was an avid member of the Acton Ladies Golf League, later becoming the Treasurer of the league, she always looked forward to being on the green with her friends.
A Memorial Visitation for Gail will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. East, Acton, ON L7J1H4.
A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 197 at a later date, to be announced.
Cremation to take place, interment at Fairview Cemetery, Acton.
