CAUGHT ON TAPE: Halton Police want help IDing suspect in Oakville SUV theft

The Halton Regional Police Service is turning to the public for help identifying a suspect in connection with a vehicle theft in Oakville.

Police say a Lexus SUV was stolen during the early morning hours of Nov. 14 from the driveway of a residence near Ninth Line and Dundas Street East.

The vehicle was abandoned not far from the residence and later recovered by police.

Police have obtained interior dash cam footage from the vehicle.

Anyone with information regarding this investigation or identity of the suspect is asked to contact the Regional Auto Theft Task Force at 905-825-4777, ext. 3407.
