A 45-year-old Halton Hills resident is facing several charges following a traffic stop near Erin Thursday night (March 16).
Wellington County OPP say they saw the man run a red light in the area of Trafalgar Road near Wellington Road 124 and pulled him over.
As a result of an investigation, Joshua Swindlehurst stands charged with:
• Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
• Drive motor vehicle - no licence
• Fail to stop at a red light.
He's scheduled for a court appearance on May 12.
