Municipal Law Enforcement Officer

Reporting to the Senior Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, this position is responsible for conducting investigations by responding to complaints and inquiries from the Mayor, Councillors, public, staff and other agencies regarding the enforcement of the Property Standards By-law, Community Standards By-law and other Town by-laws. Coordinate joint inspections and assist staff from Halton Regional Police Services, Halton Region Health, Fire Department and Building department to ensure compliance with various legislation. Conduct proactive special projects related to Enforcement Services.
