A musical celebration of earth and its creatures. This is how the North Halton Community Singers describe their upcoming concert, What a Wonderful World.

The singers, previously called the Georgetown Choral Society, will serenade their audience on May 4 at 7 p.m. in the Georgetown Christian Reformed Church (11611 Trafalgar Rd.).

Artistic Director Eleanor Wallace, accompanist Mark Peterson and the choir promise to immerse music lovers "in the beauty of our world through captivating choral performances and inspiring commentary."

"Discover the wonders of nature, and the beauty of the earth that make our world so incredible," reads the group's website about the springtime concert.

Tickets are $25 online and $30 at the door. Students can take advantage of $12 tickets and a family of four can enjoy the evening for $60. Group rates for 10 or more people are also available.
