Hector Joseph Frechette passed away at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Guelph, on Sunday December 24, 2023, age 97 years. Loving husband of the late Aldene (2019). Devoted father of Cathy (Randy) Gerrow, and Jim (Lori), predeceased by his son Ken. Proud grandfather of Jennifer (Adam), Michael, Elias and Joe (Sheri) and great-grandfather of Sarah, Anna, and Brycen. Survived by his sister Annette Doyle (Rudy)
The family will receive friends at Mackinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E., Acton, on Sunday, January 7, 2024 from 12:30 – 1 pm. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, reception to follow. Cremation has taken place, interment at Glen Oaks Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
