It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved son Tomasz Christopher Kutasienski.
Tomasz passed away on Friday February 9th peacefully at home with his family by his side.
Tomasz was a kind-hearted, happy and adventurous boy who touched the hearts of anyone he interacted with. Tomasz loved his dogs, Solo and Sage, he enjoyed sharing his food with them, throwing their balls and playing chase. His favourite foods were Go-Go Squeeze pouches, bananas and cheese. Tomasz loved to watch Cocomelon, and any shows with animals on TV. His infectious smile and boisterous personality left a lasting impression on this world.
Tomasz will be forever loved and remembered by his parents Matthew Kutasienski and Patty Kedzierski. He will also be missed by his grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
A private service will be held at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home
The family would like to thank the staff at McMaster Children’s Hospital for the exceptional care they provided for Tomasz during his short, but fierce battle with cancer.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in honor of Tomasz be made to McMaster Children’s Hospital, Oncology Unit, Hamilton On.
