It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother Maria Querques.
Mom passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family following a stroke. She was the wife of Giuseppe (2009) and the mother of John and Mary Querques, Tony and Gloria Querques, Carm and Matt Spehar and Anna and Steve Matheson.
She was” Nonna” to Marianne (Matt), Joe (Fan), Nick, Anthony, Daniel (Theresa) and Julia Querques. John, Maria and Matt Spehar, Nicole (David) and Alex Matheson. She was the great grandmother of Stephen, Anthony and identical twin girls that are arriving soon.
“Mom, we love you, we miss you and you will always be in our hearts”.
Family and Friends will be received at MacKinnon Family Funeral Home, 55 Mill St. E, Acton, on Monday, May 15, 2023 from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. & 6 p.m.-8 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Patron of Canada Parish, 64 Church St. E., Acton, on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 1 p.m.
Entombment at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens, Oakville to follow.
