A local resident is facing impaired driving charges following an incident in Georgetown earlier this week.
On Nov. 20, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Delrex Boulveard and Mountainview Road South.
As a result of an investigation, a 65-year-old Halton Hills man was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.
Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
