Halton Police charged a 20-year-old Halton HIlls resident with impaired driving following a two-vehicle collision early Saturday morning.

A 20-year-old Halton Hills man has been charged with impaired driving following a collision early Saturday morning.

Halton Police responded to a two-vehicle collision at 10 Sideroad and Winston Churchill Boulevard Jan. 20 shortly after 3 a.m.

As a result of an investigation, the male driver of one of the vehicles was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 mg or more, within two hours.

Halton Regional Police no longer name individuals facing impaired charges.
