Halton Regional Police are investigating a local wallet theft that led to the fraudulent use of bank cards.
Police say a vehicle parked at Blue Springs Golf Course on Dublin Line was entered on Sept. 14 and a wallet containing bank cards was stolen.
By the time the owner discovered what had happened, several fraudulent transactions had taken place with the cards, according to police.
No suspect description, or further details on the amounts charged to the cards, are currently available.
